Part of the Bloodhound/Firestorm crossover. Clev aids Jason Rusch in wresting back control of the Firestorm persona from thug Luis Salvador. He reveals his strong will by resisting the Firestorm merger and his strong arm (despite having it broken and just getting over being electrocuted nearly to death) by taking out all of Salvador's thugs. Jason scares Salvador, and the two heroes part.
